What you need to stretch your shoes at home

  • Water
  • Zip lock bag
  • Freezer
  • Dry cloth


Simply fill a zip lock bag with water. Stick the bag into your shoe and put in the freezer.

Bring the shoe out of the freezer after water bag turns to ice. Set the shoe out and wait for the ice to thaw and then remove the water bag. Wipe the shoe dry if needed and then slip into them, you will be surprised by the new feet.

Water is good because it assumes the natural contour of the leather and not that of something like a shoe stretcher. It stretches the leather following its natural areas of weakness hence producing excellent results.
